RECEIVING CONNECTIVE ISSUES HAS NEVER BEEN EASIER! 

Option 1: Printed Copy by Mail
Members of the NMF are entitled to receive a printed of CI in the mail.  Members are defined as people who have made membership contributions in the current year, lifetime members, and those who have requested a scholarship membership.  Your membership enables the NMF to continue to provide much needed services to the Marfan syndrome and related disorders community.  (Go Green!  Members may also opt to receive their copy electronically--  see option 2.) Option 2:  Online Copy by Email
