Back to Chapter and Network Home Page Meet our Network Group Leaders Heather Hinton -- Heather is in her early 30's and has known she has Marfan Syndrome since birth. She started working with the group in 2004 after recovering from surgery to replace her dissected aorta in 2003. Heather's hope for the group is to facilitate a community of people whose lives have been affected by Marfan Syndrome for the purposes of support and education. Contact Information Contact:

(651) 251-3870 Description of the Group The Twin Cities (Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN) Chapter of the NMF is a chapter that serves its members in the area by providing connections with peers, education on Marfan syndrome, support for those affected with the syndrome and their family members, as well as offering ways to reach out and improve awareness in the community. Our mailing list reaches out to NMF members throughout Minnesota.
