EM:RAP Emergency Medicine Reviews and Perspectives, or EM:RAP, recently (December 2008) completed taping of an online course on diagnosis and management of aortic dissection using the tragic case of Jonathan Larson. Larson was the creator of RENT whose aortic dissection was undiagnosed in TWO hospital emergency departments in the days before his death.
